Leadership & Governance

Firehouse Ministries thrives because of dedicated leaders who bring passion, expertise, and strategic vision to our mission of serving Birmingham’s homeless community. Our Board of Directors, Advisory Council, and Junior Board work collaboratively to ensure sustainability, advocacy, and impactful outreach.
