Professional Case Management

A Path to Stability and Renewal

At Firehouse Ministries, our emergency shelter is more than a place to sleep—it’s a stepping stone toward lasting stability and self-sufficiency. Through comprehensive services and individualized support, we help men experiencing homelessness regain control of their lives and work toward sustainable housing.

Holistic Support & Community Collaboration

Our shelter is staffed by case managers, peer support specialists, and program assistants, ensuring every guest receives personalized guidance and access to critical resources. We provide:
Transportation assistance to connect individuals with job opportunities, healthcare, and essential services
A full range of supportive programs, including addiction recovery groups, employment counseling, life skills training, and job placement services
Partnerships with local agencies to address systemic inequities through AIDS awareness workshops, health clinics, and art

Individualized Case Management for Long-Term Success

Guests engage in regular meetings with a case manager, developing a structured life plan tailored to their needs and goals. Case managers work collaboratively with community agencies, ensuring guests receive the support necessary to end their episode of homelessness and build a foundation for long-term housing stability.

Our primary mission is clear: helping each individual move beyond homelessness and initiate lasting change in their lives.
