(The Phoenix Project) Permanent Supportive Housing (62 Beds)

*Located off Center Point Parkway in Center Point, AL. The 300 person complex serves singles, couples, and families and has been completely renovated over the past two years by The Aletheia House.
*62 men (living in 31 apartments) are provided with supportive services needed to maintain stable residential housing.
*Allows for staff and agency intervention to prevent recurrence of homeless episodes.
*Guests meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly (depends on the progress they are making within the program) with Case Manager to accomplish life goals and reset life plans.
*Men receive career readiness, employment, educational, life skills and substance abuse counseling daily.
*Guests sign a month-to-month lease and are required to pay 30% of their gross adjusted income in order to continue participation in the program.
